Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Sonders Website Builder. They are written to match the current product: account-based site creation, hosted publishing, domain tools, credits, and in-app purchases.
Your account and your content
- You need a valid Apple account to use the app.
- You are responsible for what is created, uploaded, published, or submitted under your account.
- You keep ownership of the content you create. We only use it as needed to operate, host, and display your site.
Acceptable use
- Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
- Do not use the service for malware, phishing, or abusive traffic.
- Do not interfere with the hosting, editing, or domain systems that support other users.
Publishing, domains, and billing
The service includes hosted publishing and domain tools. Domain registration and related services depend on third-party providers. Pricing, availability, and registration outcomes can change based on those providers.
Subscriptions and credit purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. Billing and refund rights are governed by Apple's terms where applicable.
Availability and termination
We work to keep the service available, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may change, pause, or remove features over time.
We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms. You can also stop using the service or request account deletion through the app at any time.
